Relating To The Public Utilities Commission.

Abstract

Permits neighbor island members to receive per diem compensation and compensation for travel expenses. Clarifies the ability of the commissioners of the Public Utility Commission to appoint and employ staff. Establishes a task force to examine the operations of the Public Utilities Commission.
